STEP 1) Technician collects thirty (30) used/failed oxygen sensors (no less, no more).

STEP 2) Technician then packages (30) oxygen sensors along with the (supplied) packing slip and select gift card preference.

STEP 3) Technician then applies postage paid (supplied) UPS label and sends package to NGK.

STEP 4) NGK receives and verifies the contents of the package, NGK will then mail Technician a gift card credited with $15.00 for every package containing 30 oxygen sensors sent to NGK for redemption.

Allow 3-4 weeks for processing.
